Job description / responsabilities |
: |
•Lead a team in managing day to day operational matters at the spa
•Responsible for the sales and profitability of the business
•Dedicated towards a long-term and rewarding career in the spa industry
•Identify training needs, develop, implement and conduct training programmes to ensure that staff are well-equipped with the necessary skills to meet set sales and marketing objectives
•Work towards upgrading productivity standards
•Analyse existing business opportunities, identify new ones as well as initiate projects and strategic plans consistent with business objectives
•Ensure good customer service management and cordial relations with the relevant authorities, agencies business contacts to facilitate better marketing and sales performance
•Coordinate sales and services in accordance with established policies, principles and procedures
